Baseball & Softball Turf in Oklahoma

Plan a field around your teams, your site and your budget. Turf Our Field offers synthetic turf planning for baseball and softball facilities through family-owned TOF Turf and Outdoors LLC. Work directly with Brent Fassio to discuss American-made turf and full-field or partial-field options.

Full-field turf or an infield conversion?

A full-field project includes a larger playing area and a broader construction scope. An infield-only conversion focuses on a smaller area while keeping a natural-grass outfield. The right choice depends on use, budget, maintenance resources and the existing field. Transitions and drainage need attention in either option.

Choose a surface for the way the field plays

Ball response, player movement, wear zones and maintenance expectations belong in the product conversation. Discuss base paths, batter’s boxes, pitching areas, foul territory and how different surfaces meet. Avoid selecting a system on pile height or face weight alone.

Plan the foundation first

Existing grading and drainage influence the conversion. A site review should address water discharge, soil conditions, access and utilities before assumptions become a firm scope. Perforated turf does not replace a designed drainage system.

What affects baseball and softball turf cost?

Turfed area, excavation, base materials, drainage, markings, infill and field details all affect cost. Ask for an itemized comparison of full-field and infield-only options. Fencing, lighting and other amenities should be clearly identified as included or separate.
