Premium American-Made Sports Turf, Selected for the Way You Play
Turf Our Field pairs proven athletic turf products with site-specific planning for sport, traffic, climate, drainage, infill, markings and budget. Our recommendations start with how the field needs to perform—not with a one-size-fits-all product.

Ultimate Sports Turf 420
Ultimate Sports Turf 420 is our flagship sports-field turf option. Its 2-inch polyethylene fiber system combines slit-film and monofilament yarns with a 40 oz/yd² face weight and 67 oz/yd² total weight. The product is UV stabilized and perforated, with dual-layer woven polypropylene primary backing and a SilverBack polyurethane secondary backing. We evaluate it as part of a complete field system—including base, drainage, infill, markings and expected use—not as a surface alone.
A better field starts below the surface.

Fibers, backing and infill form the playing surface.
Selected with the turf and infill to meet project performance requirements.
A carefully graded finish layer beneath the turf system.
Open-graded aggregate provides space for water movement.
Material and thickness selected for the soil and loading conditions.
Helps keep subgrade soil and aggregate layers separated.
The shaped soil foundation supporting the field system.
Give water a planned route. Collection drains and an approved outlet complete the drainage plan. Perforated turf alone does not solve site drainage.
Concept illustration, not to scale or a construction detail. Layer depths, aggregate gradation, fabric location, stabilization, pad selection and drain layout require project-specific design. Not every field uses every layer.
