Athletic Turf for Schools & Communities
Your field serves more than a schedule. It brings students, teams and neighbors together. Turf Our Field is the sports-field division of family-owned TOF Turf and Outdoors LLC, helping Oklahoma schools, municipalities, tribal nations and community organizations plan synthetic turf around their priorities.
A conversation with the owner
Work directly with Brent Fassio to discuss the sports you host, field condition, available space, funding and opening date. Our approach begins with a practical scope and clear questions—not an assumption that every organization needs the largest possible project.
Match the field to the people using it
Document the sports, age groups, practice and game schedules, community access and maintenance resources. Multi-sport markings, transitions, accessibility, fencing and equipment access should be discussed early. The turf, infill, base and any pad need to be considered as a system.
Build a proposal your stakeholders can understand
A planning package should explain the need, site conditions, options, scope, estimated budget, ongoing maintenance and replacement planning. Show full-field and partial-field alternatives where appropriate. Separate essential construction from optional amenities so decision-makers can see the tradeoffs.
Coordinate purchasing and approvals early
School districts, public entities and tribal governments have their own purchasing and approval processes. Confirm those requirements with your organization before selecting a procurement path or committing funds. Plan for site review, design, approvals and construction access before promising an opening date.
Start with the information you have
You do not need a finished design to start a conversation. Send your location, a few field photos, approximate dimensions, intended sports and timing. Brent can help identify the next questions to resolve.
